Incorporation of personal data to Wedding's Art files
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15 / 1999, 13 of December, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, "LOPD"), it is reported that all personal data provided by the User through the Website www.fotografo-bodas.net (hereinafter, "the Website") will be incorporated and processed in the files owned by Alex Colom Jacob and Anaïs Gonzalez Gordils (hereinafter, "Wedding's Art") for the following purposes: enabling the provision of the services requested by the User; keep the User informed, including by electronic means, about Wedding's Art services; activate the sending of the Wedding's Art newsletter and carry out market and opinion studies.
The completion of all the data requested as mandatory (with *) through the Website is necessary to achieve optimal provision of the services made available to the User. If all the data are not provided, Wedding's Art does not guarantee that the information and services provided may be provided, provided correctly or adjusted to the needs of the User.

Exercise of rights
The User can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided in the LOPD, by email to info@weddingsart.net

Electronic commercial communications
The User, by checking the box that appears in the Legal Notice, expressly and freely and unequivocally accepts that their personal data may be processed by Wedding's Art for the following purposes:

Communications of data made by the User
Before providing personal information about third parties on the Website, the User must obtain their prior and express consent, having informed them of the terms contained in this Privacy Policy. The User undertakes to hold Wedding's Art harmless against any possible claim, fine or sanction that may be required to be borne as a result of the breach by the User of the duty described in this paragraph.
