Incorporation of personal data to Wedding's Art files
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, "LOPD"), it is reported that all personal data that the User provides through the Website www.fotografo-bodas.net (hereinafter “the Website”) will be incorporated and processed in the files owned by Alex Colom Jacob and Anaïs Gonzalez Gordils (hereinafter “Wedding's Art”) for the following purposes: to enable the provision of the services requested by the User; keep the User informed, including by electronic means, about the services of Wedding's Art; activate the sending of the Wedding's Art newsletter and carry out market and opinion studies.
The completion of all the data requested as mandatory (with *) through the Website is necessary to achieve an optimal provision of the services made available to the User. If all the data is not provided, Wedding's Art does not guarantee that the information and services provided can be provided, are provided correctly or are adjusted to the needs of the User.

Exercise of rights

Electronic commercial communications
The User, by checking the box that appears in the Legal Notice, expressly accepts freely and unequivocally that their personal data may be processed by Wedding's Art for the following purposes:
- Remittance of Interdigital commercial communications via e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications.

Communications of data made by the User
Before providing personal data relating to third parties on the Website, the User must obtain their prior and express consent, having informed them of the terms contained in this Privacy Policy. The User agrees to hold Wedding's Art harmless against any possible claim, fine or sanction that may be required to bear as a result of the User's failure to comply with the duty described in this paragraph.
